I'm a girly girl, so I'm a big fan of anything that makes me want to sing a verse or two of "I Feel Pretty." Naturally, I was quite excited to find out that ruffles will be a big trend for Spring 2013. Ruffles - in moderation - are an easy way to add flirty flair to your outfit. I can already imagine wearing a cute blouse on a laid-back date, or a pretty dress for Easter.
What say you - yea, or nay?
